Dont eat and sleep
Eating just before sleeping is definitely not recommended. Ideally, you should finish your last meal at least 3 hours before you hit the bed. This is so that you do not go to bed on a full stomach. Sleeping on a full stomach can cause you to have disturbed sleep as the digestive process is still underway. So, ensure that you have your food long before bedtime, so that your body is able to rest at night and sleep like you should be doing ideally. Heavier meals take longer to digest, so have it earlier in the evening, so that you can sleep through the entire night like a baby.
